Frank is a graduate of The Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Industrial Design. After graduation he worked as a freelance designer and adjunct instructor at CCAD. In 2002, Frank earned his Masters of Architecture degree from The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and was awarded as the Outstanding Architecture Student of the Year.
